Quikfix Truck & Trailer Tire

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I came here to have a tire valve stem replaced. I was told the wait would be about 30 minutes. After waiting 40 minutes, I was told to wait another 30 minutes because the employees were watching a soccer game. After wasting over an hour of my time, they finally told me they didn’t want to do the repair. The only solution they offered was to put on the spare tire. To make matters worse, they charged the driver $150. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The staff showed no respect for my time, and the owner seemed completely uninterested in resolving the situation or helping the customer. If you value your time, money, and basic customer service, avoid this place. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Needed drive tires for my semi and called before they closed. James waited on me to get there. Could have charged after hours fee but didn't. He got done fast and was very polite even though he had to stay over. Thanks again for the service!!

I had two tires on the rear of my box truck that blew out at the same time. I gave James a call and he was there within an hour with two new tires and all the equipment To get my truck up and going again. He was very hard-working, and very pleasant to work with. Cannot recommend him high enough. If your truck needs tires from a blowout, this is the business to call!

This man, James, saved us in St. Charles, MO. We were on a girls trip over the weekend headed back home from Kansas and the rim cracked on Sunday night on the highway. James came to our rescue and committed his service to us by making sure the tire was hauled to a shop to be removed, then he took the wheel to another location to get welded, then back to put the tire on the wheel, then drove to our hotel to put back on the Cadillac XT4. James definitely saved the day because we were stranded & he got us on the road again. Forever Greatful! Thank you so much James!
